Trailers linger on pedestrians who look mid-errand. If that holds in-engine, side content writes itself: eavesdropping, chases through dense boardwalks, witnesses who actually witness.

Factions without fanfic

Street crews, federal letters, and old Vice mythologies will appear. We wait for emblems, uniforms, and dialogue in published media before assigning turf maps.
